Multiple printing stations, UV curing, and varnishing are all done one after another with an output of thousands per hour! After the complete transformation, several cameras analyze each individual can and reject ones that don’t pass. We can help your brand shine on the shelf.

  • Thanks to recent technological advancements, we can bypass the need for sleeves and labels and apply ink directly onto cylindrical aluminum cans. No need to pay for plate fees or wait weeks for proofs, your job can be queued instantly so that you can start filling em up!

    Printing Stages

    Jobs are uploaded to printing station

    Cans go through 5 coloring stations: White, Black, Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan

    Partial ultraviolet curing occurs to dry inks into place.

    Varnishing station to receive matte, gloss, or a partial varnish.

    Inspection, cameras will capture the cans print quality and reject ones that do not pass. This ensures every can that leaves the printer is ready for filling

    Quality printing is our job, let us help make your brand pop on the shelf.After the color stations, the cans make a stop at a varnish station where they either receive a full coat of varnish for a matte or gloss finish or a partial varnish. This allows specific elements of a can to receive a boost in shine and texture. Being able to run your fingers across the surface and feel it pop really adds to the experience of the brand.

  • Unlike sleeves and labels, our printed cans provide you with 100% recyclability. Zero waste means the world to us (No pun intended). After a cold bevy, customers should not have to remove sleeves or labels from your product in order to be recyclable. Let’s enjoy while contributing to a sustainable future!

    For 16oz cans our MOQ is6,224 cans or 1 full pallet.

  • Prepayment is required in order for us to start production! Soon after payment is received your cans will be ink’d up and at your door.

  • Absolutely, all cans are Ball Corp with BPANI Gen-2 liners! No need to ship us cans, we have them warehoused and ready for a makeover.

  • Our logistics team will handle everything with our freight brokers, no need to stress or overthink.

  • Contact us, we will send you a specific template and we will produce two samples, one will be signed and returned upon approval.

    For exact color matching options there will be an additional one time fee.
